Course Description:

This introductory course is designed to provide managers with a foundational understanding of mental health in the workplace. Participants will learn why mental health is a critical workplace issue and how to recognize early warning signs of poor mental health in employees. Through interactive discussions and case studies, managers will gain the knowledge and skills needed to support their team members effectively.
